Congratulations to STAR Brian Lane, NCWorks Career Center of Wilkes Center Manger with N.C. Division of Workforce Solutions on completing the “Successful Teams Achieve Results” (STAR), leadership training program for managers and supervisors within the core #NCWorks system!
STAR is a collaborative effort of the state’s workforce development boards and the NCWorks Training Center. The six-month program was again facilitated by trainer Kathy Stoddard Torrey. STAR is part of a system-wide focus on developing workforce leaders for today and tomorrow.
