October is Workforce Development Professionals Month

This month, we recognize the significant contributions that frontline professionals make in our NCWorks system, whether they are employees of DWS, local workforce development boards, contractors, community colleges, or other organizations. Every day, workforce professionals help customers find good jobs and the training they need to be successful in the world of work. They also meet the needs of employers, expand opportunity through Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and help to make North Carolina “First in Talent.”
