NCWorks in the Community!
NCWorks staff have been engaging in community events recently and meeting with individuals in the community!
Staff from Avery/Mitchell/Yancey recently visited and toured Altec and discussed upcoming training opportunities related to Industrial Maintenance. Staff also participated in the Freedom Life Avery Reentry Council kickoff meeting with the goal of assisting “People impacted by incarceration live in hope and lasting freedom”.
Staff from Wilkes/Watauga engaged in local events at the Watauga High School Career Fair and local Halloween events in North Wilkesboro and Boone.
