Association Executive Director Announced
We are very pleased to announce that Stephanie Deese will be joining the North Carolina Association of Workforce Boards (NCWADB) as the Executive Director on July 11, 2016. Stephanie will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support and leadership for the North Carolina Association of Workforce Development Boards working closely with the NCWADB executive team and Director’s Council.
Stephanie had over thirty years’ experience working in a variety of workforce development leadership roles before retiring in 2013. In addition to her previous professional work experience and expertise in managing federal grants, leveraging resources, and partnership building, for the past year she has been the National Emergency Grant Job-driven Initiative (NEG-JDI) project manager for the North Central Region.
