NC Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker resigns, replaced by John Skvarla

John Skvarla, head of the N.C. Department of Environment and Natural Resource, is moving over to the state Commerce Department, replacing Secretary Sharon Decker, who resigned on Tuesday, Dec. 2nd.
