The High Country Workforce Development Board is soliciting Letters of Intent for qualified organizations interested in bidding on the provision of the federally funded Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Adult/Dislocated Worker and Youth Services in the High Country region of NC for program year beginning July 1, 2015. Counties included in this proposal are Alleghany, Ashe, Avery, Mitchell, Watauga, Wilkes, and Yancey.

Submission of the High Country Workforce Development Board‘s Letter of Intent form is a pre-requisite to participate in the Request For Proposal (RFP) process. For information on submitting a Letter of Intent visit www.highcountrywdb.com or by request at High Country Council of Governments, 468 New Market Boulevard, Boone, NC or by phone at 828-265-5434 ext. 119. The RFP and Letter of Intent document will be available March 20, 2015.

Letter of Intent Forms must be received by March 30, 2015 by mail, email, or hand delivery to be eligible to participate in the RFP process. Late submissions will not be accepted.
